I.This proposal is about designing an urban forum rather than simply a building.
2.The Library and Media Centre will consist of a collection of exchange  places - called 'media markets' - all combined into a 'forum'.
3.The media market typology is based upon innovative and continuous structural units inspired by 'classic' architectural typologies.
