CONCURSO CENTRO CULTURAL REINOSA
REFUGIO / NUEVA REFERENCIA JOVEN
SHELTER / NEW YOUNG REFERENCE

36 DAYS OF SNOW / -26 º C 1956
As extreme as this natural environment leads us to categorize tempered shared natural spaces as spaces , it seems natural that such extreme environmental conditions modify the position to take any human intervention in the landscape.
Any architecture must live conditioned by its environment and uses the materials will be subjected to long periods of snow - in 1914 they had 3 months of continuous presence of snow , low temperatures and high rainfall .
In these circumstances, the architecture must be first shelter from adverse weather conditions: a good fire and a high inertia enclosures appear as an image in the subconscious. The architecture may be able to deploy and allow other uses , but the shelter will always be the meeting point , from there will move in different dimensions .
Something similar were the first communities when they found a cave to the adverse weather. Settling in a protected shelter and go hunting and gathering, developing different activities with gadgets stored in your home.

TRIBES
Young people could be identified as a social group organized in tribes. In the process of searching for identity processes are grouped around and leaders , and through them , young people grow and mature .
But what are the spaces , understood in a broad way , where you can generate productive tribes, groups built around positive items capable of generating constructive emotions , knowledge, culture of hard work and entrepreneurship.
There are youth communities around sub - skating sports , climbing, BMX - pating communities to create practical activities , defined as those that generate such knowledge and innovation through the attraction arising by a shared interest in a topic. There are also examples of young self-managed communities in occupied spaces in which sports activities , charity organizations , neighborhood support units , and even entrepreneurial projects are generated. Beyond this " young " model , are beginning to consolidate production models, research and development of "mature young " co -working , co -sourcing and co -founding are new forms of knowledge development that is based on a personal and spatial relationships of different hierarchies and group relations of traditional companies. Born of "younger " and develop systems in different spaces. Something will have to do with the inputs of youth. They have always been there, now developed differently. Something similar may be happening with the older , their roles are changing , we echo the old concepts of " more tribal elder " respected figures , heard and revered in some way .
The spaces in which these groups of R & D arise are des_regulados , indeterminate spaces sometimes _autoconstruidos spaces. We have more common examples in northern communities of our European environment , more open architectures are developing both lacatton , Business - workshops co - working- Rolex center Sanaa - House - co -housing danes , BKK donors educational environment housing- and finally in the development of what we might call not public space but shared space Big - square , square urban ecosystem : shared and built by the community, for everyone.
Absolutely definitions are approaching , even embryonic , spatial topologies as deregulated as they were two hundred years ago , so flexible to be modified and absorbed as they were in times past. And yet so rich in opportunities to serve as a niche to a much greater variety of applications , technologies and trends.
If no spaces before picking a high technological complexity , now the technology alone is able to construct spaces of great intensity. In rural settings first appeared telephone switchboards , spaces through which passed all communication with the outside and focused some uses for which it was not prepared spatially . Currently there is no way that one communication , the ability to input and knowledge building has diversified in time and space . And the young digital natives are those who are building these new paths . Faccebook 19, Google 23, twiter . 17 years .... Spaces are technology workshops where crafts are combined with lectures in streaming. The world is small and technologically craft .

NEW TYPES
In our process of reflection we choose some key words:
refuge
Gadgets
des_regulados spaces
_autoconstruidos spaces
Technology workshops
We could build several holders that help us build and transmit thought:
CRJ: des_regulado Refuge consists of workshops and warehouse technological gadgets to generate self-built spaces.
CRJ: des_regulado space that provides shelter workshop store for gadgets and technology for the development of autocosntruidos spaces.
CRJ: Technology Workshop consists of regulated spaces des autocosntruidos through gadgets.
