The building, placed in a new settlement of detached houses, is a barred complex, related to a fortification. The square floor plan captures nearly whole of the constructable surface. The massive outside is maintained by rounded edges and white plaster.
Few big windows offer distant view in selected directions.
The fortification is also an analogy for the interior structure. The inner courtyard is placed as a monolith in the rampant area. On the second floor the flat includes the courtyard, as an artificial level. The exterior wall is disrupted twice, which forms transitions to the surrounding area.

Along the street the building is two storied. Entrance, office and garage are facing the street. The staircase directs to one edge of the courtyard, where two corridors start. One corridor leads to the street facing living rooms, the other one to the sleeping rooms. A covered terrace is located there, like a part of a cross coat. At the end of the sleeping room, there is a smooth transition from terrace to bathroom, only separated by a pane of glass.
Referring to the angled floor plan, an angled outwall defines the courtyard and offers a storing facility. This wall defines a rectangular area, which is designed as a swimming pool.
The aura of the building, which is dominated by plaster and stone, is defined by the contrast among spying look-out to the scenery and visual links within and into the patio.
