There is a small house in a large garden filled with numerous plants brought from different parts of the world. It was designed, built and cultivated by my father. Over several years the place was an oasis, retreat and meeting space for our family. We all witnessed how it changes and evolves with seasons and years, learning about and from nature.

L’objectiu d’aquest projecte era de proporcionar un habitatge adaptat a les necessitats d’en Lluís, que a causa d’un accident va perdre la mobilitat i es desplaça amb una cadira de rodes.
En Lluis va trobar una parcel·la que tot i tenir una forma trapezoïdal, només té un veí al costat oest i en els altres tres limita amb el carrer al Nord, una plaça pública a l’est i una riera al sud. Per tant es una parcel·la molt exposada a l’espai públic, que és una virtut que el projecte haurà de gestionar per a garantir també certa privadesa.

In 2010 a German advertising agency approached me to design them a low cost workplace in the Black Forest. They had set their mind to using shipping containers so using that as a starting point we evolved this space for them.

In order to facilitate the implementation of future structures, the wish of the local authorities was for a school as much as possible integrated with the surrounding farm buildings. The school was to be the first phase of the future schooling complex development. In this spirit, the courtyard was designed as another village square, and the architecture of the building to recall correspondences with the existing agricultural structures in the area.

Unveiled a new project by Herzog & de Meuron, a 720m2 Miu Miu building on Miyuki Street in the Aoyama District of Tokyo. Based in Paris, Miu Miu was established by Miuccia Prada in 1993 as a platform for design explorations beyond her legendary Prada line. Since opening its first boutique in Aoyama in 1999, Miu Miu has maintained a significant presence in Japan and now has 23 boutiques across the country including nine in Tokyo alone.

The first building to be designed and developed as a part of the complex is Rebel One. It is one of two architectural dominants planned in the project that are of a compact plan with 12 superstructures located at the shorter sides of the main alley. Rebel One elevations, the outpost of the new investments in the Soho area, refer to the architectural motives of industrial relicts of Kamionek.

The iconic tower designed by Jean Nouvel at the center of Nicosia, next to Eleftheria Square transforms the city silhouette of Nicosia. The program includes 10-story residential apartments, a 6-story office space and a 2-story retail area, plus 3 levels of basements where parking spots and storage areas are located.
This verticality in relation to the horizontality of the medieval walls and the moat that enclose the old part of the city sets the stage for a series of inversions that are characteristic of the building. The 67 meter high building will be the culminating landmark of the city.

Predicting the future is a risky job. In the rapidly changing world predictions rarely come true. Accepting an invitation to a closed competition for the concept of the Apartment of the Future (located in the centre of the Dobrodzień Interior Design Park Dobroteka) we envisaged a place that would be timeless, universal, but simultaneously distinctive, even unique. During more than two years of work on the project we were striving to create an open space, responding to changes in technology, furniture and diverse needs and behaviors of users.

The Radic pavilion has been reinstalled in Hauser & Wirth's Somerset Oudolf Field at Durslade Farm, Bruton. Designed by Chilean architect Smiljan Radić, the pavilion was first unveiled as the Serpentine Gallery 2014 Pavilion. The pavilion sits naturally within the landscape at Hauser & Wirth Somerset; positioned at the end of Oudolf Field – the landscaped garden designed by Piet Oudolf – it creates a dialogue between the gallery complex and pavilion, and their relationship with the garden. Visitors to the arts centre will have the opportunity to walk around, through and underneath the pavilion. To coincide with the launch of the pavilion, a series of exhibitions, events and installations on the theme of architecture has been programmed.

La distribución por los distintos usos se realiza a partir de un vestíbulo que comunica las diversas instalaciones entre ellas, y estas con los servicios administrativos y el restaurante.

Commissioned by the innovative Chinese real estate company, Vanke, the pavilion was inspired by traditional Chinese landscape painting—rock formations, rice fields, and prehistoric outcrops. The pavilion aims to tell the story of civilization, technology and the 21st Century as well as offer a space for reflection and a celebration of different cultures.

El bosque, además, le conferirá privacidad visual a una casa muy transparente donde sus espacios principales están abiertos hacia el jardín que coincide con la orientación norte.
