This private house is situated on two plots of an urban master plan by MVRDV. Designed for mother and son it offers two separate units each connected to an outdoor space. On the ground floor the living area relates to the patio which serves also as entrance area for the house. The upper unit expands to a terrace allowing for all living spaces to be located around it.
