Tankeful Nord is a passive housing complex with 66 row houses and apartments. The site is located at the outskirts of Svendbor city, in a recently planned ecofriendly area called Tankefuld Svendborg. The new are focuses highly on values such as "the Nature-city" (implementation of nature into built cityscape) pedestrian-friendliness and passive energy.
