The Schermenhuis only exists in cross-section: a ground floor 10 metres high. In between, an ascent of offices. And the vertical panels replaced by shelves that take up the verticality, airier, lighter.

In the Schermenhuis.
In Orgelstraat there is a former storehouse for scenery: transforming a vertical building into offices and offering visibility to the organisation ‘behind’ Het Toneelhuis.
Designing within the framework of a period building. The existing stock/storage space consists simply of walls, walls every 3 m, while the first floor is 10 m up.
