In an urban plot of 1000m2 with a steep slope and an existing building, a new housing is built. Both share common areas but inhabit two different owners.

The owner of the current house owns 50% of the plot and the building, and our client owns the other half of the plot and the right to build a new housing. The architectural proposal negotiates an agreement between owners, and between them and the Urban Rules; the have to be flexible. The resultant architecture is the materialization of this agreement.

En una parcela urbana de 1.000m2 con una fuerte pendiente y con una edificación preexistente, se inserta una nueva vivienda. Ambas comparten espacios comunes pero las habitan dos propietarios diferentes. El propietario de la vivienda actual posee el 50% de la parcela y su edificio, nuestro cliente es titular de la otra mitad de la parcela y del derecho a construir la nueva vivienda. La propuesta arquitectónica negocia un acuerdo entre ambos propietarios, y entre ellos y la Norma Urbanística que debe ser flexible. La arquitectura resultante es la materialización de este acuerdo.
