The initial idea for this house was to outline all its views toward the interior, to live invested toward a patio, since the views of the environment that it surrounds were not anything attractive.

We outline to create a housing with it own interior landscape.
The housing is projected with a helical geometry that pivots on a great interior patio, a inclined journey in which go spilling spaces, each of one characterized by its form, by its way to look and by its program.
It’s really a housing in a single plant that it has stretched out in height, where natural light guides us inside, although hiding the windows in the circulation address, and sliding on the white curved geometries, inside and outside. This absolute loss of the frontal perspective transforms the interior spaces in a “continuous changing one”, in which the users movements and the light speak to us about time, seasons or climate, to every minute…

Ground Floor Plan
The garden completes the construction of this introspective look, locating different plant species in a complementary way to the interior program. Through soft unequal green surfaces, they consent as much people as vehicles toward the house, passing below the pool and their beach.
We have brought near to the sky the pool, looking for the maximum sun but also creating a sensual privacy through a microperforated corrugated steel sheets that for their geometry curved interact with the external user to the parcel.
The variety interior and external landscape is reinforced through three structures (armed concrete, I steel and wood) that are alternated in the spaces in a three-dimensional and flowing way. The massive target of plasters to the interior and oversees mortar reinforces flowing of the light in an elementary way.
All the thermal inertia of the housing is toward the interior, since a thick isolation is located to the exterior (under the mortar) what assures us an excellent effect cave, reinforced by the selection of holes that you/they have been carried out, the placement of the vegetation or the waterflows of cover and garden.
