Six international proposals for a new government district in Oslo, Norway, signed by LPO, Snøhetta, White, BIG, Asplan Viak, and MVRDV, has been unveiled. BIG proposes a topographic urban park to create a new setting for the historic buildings, reinterpreting the beloved Y-block in downtown Oslo.
