The building is based on the sculptural dialogue between two different elements that respond to the two different characters of the context.
At the park side a glazed skin guarantees excellent views from the interior of the dwellings over the green and the church and at the same time It reflects the nature when seen from the park. At the urban side its opaque skin helps the project to establish a dialogue with the post-war buildings In the neighborhood in terms of height, materialization and the rhythm and size of the openings.
